The second option is a archive contains files that are needed to make the Ragnarok Online client connect to dutchRO. These files are mainly for people that for some reason or another are unable to use the dutchRO patcher, it can be used on any Ragnarok Client but you need to know what you are doing. As such I will not provide any support if someone is having troubles on another client beside the one being provided here.
