Not much to talk about then to say, hey look the server is still here. Well kinda, aslong as I have the actual server turned on dRO is online to. But I do turn it off when I go to bed or go to work, reason being no point in letting it suck power if its not being used.

I will do my best to keep the server running and it will stay up if people play but if the website does not load it means the server simply is turned off for the moment. But the reason for dRO being here has not changed, pure nostalgia. I don't see RO ever becoming something it used to be, no matter how much anybody would promote it. I had some hope it would become a glorified chatbox for the older generation but that was wishfull thinking.

But the server did get a substantial hardware upgrade so there is that, consider that the update for 2024 :D

Yeah it is, its because I felt very nostalgic towards RO after hearing the prontera them music on youtube.

So I decided to bring up a RO server so I could play it whenever I could on my own terms. Offcourse I had to slap dutchRO on it and before I knew it I was slapping a website together and had a discord up. So might aswell just throw it into the wild right. So here it is, dutchRO in 2021, currently its purely here for those that feel nsotalgic and just wanna try out RO again for old time sake. All accounts get verified manually to ensure its just people we all know to some extend.

If it gets out of control and the server suddenly becomes wanted then I will deal with it. In the meantime folks just enjoy the nostalgic trip.
